In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/ Distributors can claim for product refund / exchange the Product.
The customers/ Distributors must contact the Distributor/ Company from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a valid reason to return the said Products along with the original customer order receipt copy / invoice.
The value of refund is applicable only on the returned products that are in resalable condition.
The refund claim should be within 30 days from the invoice date and Refund will be made after deduction of necessary costs / charges.
